Welcome to Louisbourg Heritage House Bed & Breakfast! This beautiful old home, a focal point of life in this seaside community for over 120 years, continues to offer comfort and enjoyment to all who enter its doors.
According to past guests, one of the stand-out features of our B&B, now five years in operation, is its wonderfully convenient location. Nestled between two churches in a peaceful, pleasant setting, Louisbourg Heritage House is situated in the very centre of the village, a short walk to the Fortress entrance and a three-minute stroll to the restaurants, shops, the Louisbourg Playhouse and the waterfront.
Equally noted by many guests is the fact that our rooms are among the nicest they've experienced in their travels. Beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings and very special, comfy beds, all of our rooms are spacious and bright, and four of the six guest rooms have views of the harbour from either the balcony or the room.
Take in the sound of the seagulls and the fresh ocean breezes as you relax on your own private balcony and dream about life as it must have been years ago here in Louisbourg, on Nova Scotia's "seabound coast."
